If I’m feeling it and I can regulate my body I’m sure many are maybe for some of you the first time you’re feeling anxious.
We are spending too much time in our heads and not our body. When we are present in our body we can express some of that stress through conscious belly breathing and movement.
Exercise, stretch, dance. We are made to move.
Stress is your nervous system charging you up with energy when too much builds in the body we feel overwhelmed.
Even more so when we feel in danger and fear.
Create safety in your body. Connect with yourself.
Unleash some of that stress and build those stress releasing exercises into your daily routine.
