A lot of anxiety is due to the attachments we have.
To ideas, feelings, things, places, outcomes, people etc
It’s as if we are literally clinging on to things.
Detachment is practicing letting go. Even when you feel strongly about it.
Letting go is a skill and it gets easier the more you practice.
Letting go is the true key to freedom.
And that is my message that keeps coming up again.
LET GO, SURRENDER TO THE UNIVERSE
And it feels awesome when you experience it.
Imagine how you’d feel if you truly let go.
