Can you be too positive?

Positivity becomes toxic when we refuse to acknowledge the negative.

When we try to ignore the negative and try to be positive all the time.

Life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows, that is the reality of life.

When we ignore our “negative” feelings we delay healing and stall our progress because we are invalidating how we feel.

All your feelings are valid. Every single one. Sometimes misplaced but always valid.

When we ignore our feelings we end up disconnecting from ourselves and reality as they build up inside us and we start to feel overwhelmed over time.

The goal is to be present with ALL of your feelings. Feeling safe to be with every feeling and sensation.

When we can safely explore our feelings without overwhelm (when we know how to regulate our nervous systems) we can process our feelings.

Once you work THROUGH your feelings and feel them until you heal you will return back to the deep inner peace within that lies in every single one of you.

I promise you, everyone can find their own inner peace. You just have to go through the storm to get to the other side.

I’ve travelled the path 100s of times with my clients. The process is the same for everyone. Your own journey is individual.

I can guide you through your own journey if you are open to change and willing to take action.

Even if you don’t believe you can heal, you have to be willing to be wrong because I’m certain you can.

Everyone’s path is different, I’ll be able to advise you exactly what you need at your current point in your journey.

I turn away clients all the time. The reason I get great results is because I try to only work with those that are ready to do the work and heal.

If I take you on. I have 100% belief in your ability to heal.

Some aren’t ready and that’s okay. Sometimes it’s best to spend time learning how to be more comfortable in your body first through embodied practices like we practice 3x a week in The Resilience Club.

We are now in a new year, in a new world.

Isn’t it time for a new you?

I have spaces to work with me 121. If you’re waiting for a sign, this is it. There’s a link in my bio link to apply to work with me.
