Many of you who answered my last post said asking for help is the hardest thing to say.
This is often a survival response where growing up we likely lost trust in our primary care givers and had to rely on ourselves.
I’m the same, always found it hard to ask for help. Partly because I’m a former perfectionist (also a trauma response).
It can be hard to break when you don’t trust anyone but over time when you have better boundaries, say no more and cut off unhealthy attachments and find your soul tribe you’ll find it easier and easier.
We heal in relationships. I know exactly how you feel and can promise you can heal. If you’re interested just send me a message.
