If you wanna fly, you gotta cut the dead weight out of your life.

When you have healed your attachment wounds and you are truly connected and aligned with your highest self it becomes so much easier to choose yourself for once and put you first.

Normalise letting go of people that aren’t aligned with your values or goals or continually piss all over your boundaries.

Often anxiety will be creeping up because it’s your body telling you that you aren’t being your true authentic self and you’re suppressing how you feel, perhaps for the sake of others.
