Core wounds are created in childhood that we then create strategies and behaviours around as adults.

These are accompanied by negative beliefs about yourself.

All of these wounds can be healed and beliefs broken when you work somatically.

Some of these wounds happened before your cognitive mind had developed and before your hippocampus had even formed (around 18months old) so all the talk therapy in the world won’t heal there wounds you have to work somatically. Communicating through the body and feeling safe to explore and express the nervous system energy and emotions inside.
