If you ever want to be free from anxiety you have to accept discomfort.
Face what you’ve been avoiding, have that conversation, express those feelings.
For you to do this you need to feel safe. Not safe logically, but somatically, in your body and nervous system.
This is what I teach in the resilience club and 121.
Anxiety is 100% treatable when you work bottom up and pretty much all my clients have tried other therapies and medications to no avail.
