Your subconscious patterns of choices you make that you might judge are merely attempts to seek safety and comfort, that’s an act of love, even if it’s self sabotaging (really, self protecting).
Your subconscious loves you unconditionally. But it’s strategies it uses are automatic without much conscious thought put into them and sometimes it requires your conscious mind to take control and make slightly healthier choices and not just rely on your default which may or may not be helping.
When we allow ourselves to face our truth with compassion and not judgment we can heal and can let go of the patterns that no longer serve you.
