This is what I teach my clients to do. You learn to regulate through co regulation.

Which is basically allowing my body to lead your body to a place of safety and connection I then teach you how to do this yourself and then you learn how to hold space for your emotions, regulate your nervous system and release and heal trauma/emotions yourself.
