It’s okay to not feel okay right now.

I get so many messages of people feeling guilty and overwhelmed that they are just about keeping their head above water.

Don’t worry what anyone else is doing.

Ask yourself how you feel and what you need.

Notice what state your nervous system is in.
If you don’t feel at peace being present with how you feel or feel overwhelmed at all this is something I help people with.
