Disorder can make it seem like there’s something wrong with us or that we are broken but it’s actually a very normal response to unprocessed trauma.

Compassion is a huge part of healing and when we stop judging ourselves and build a better relationship with ourself and our bodies responses it’s more likely to respond kindly to you and work with you.
