Make peace with what comes your way as you cannot control it.
You can however, control your reaction to it.
Acceptance doesn’t mean you don’t do anything about it and nothing changes. It means you stop fighting and resisting something which already is.
Then you can focus your energy on creating what you want to create or solving the problem.
Observe yourself and see if you can notice the next time you complain about something. You have the ability to change how you feel but it means taking responsibility for your feelings.
